Who we are

The Arts Award Training & Support Agency for Kent is run by Julie Neville.

Julie has been delivering Arts Award training in Kent since 2009. She is an Arts Award Adviser at all 5 levels and a moderator. Julie delivers Arts Award support on behalf of Trinity College London for Advisers in Kent, Sussex and Surrey including surgeries and face to face visits. She also works as an Associate for Arts Award developing partnerships and supporting Arts Award centres in the youth and community sector. This includes supporting The Scout Association to offer Arts Award to their members.

Julie has worked alongside schools, universities, youth and community groups, museums, libraries, arts and cultural settings to support and guide them to deliver Arts Award. This involves helping them to map Arts Award alongside their existing curriculum and programmes, giving advice before and after moderation and meeting young people to support and inspire their participation in the award.

Julie has over ten years’ experience as a trainer and project manager. She runs her own business as a photographer and has been a leader for Girlguiding for twenty years running units for Brownies and Guides, who have also achieved Arts Award!
